4. USE SAFETY EYEWEAR
If you work in environments with hazardous material.
5. TAKE A BREAK FROM LOOKING AT A SCREEN
Staring at a computer for too long may lead to eyestrain, headaches, neck and back pains. Take a brief break (20 seconds) every 30 minutes.
6. VISIT YOUR EYE DOCTOR REGULARLY
Eye test should form part of your medical assessments. This is an opportunity to diagnose and treat eye problems early.
