Centrum® MyNutrients™ Omega 3
Essential fatty acids that support a healthy heart, brain and eyes
Omega 3 essential fatty acids are necessary for human health, but cannot be produced by your body. Centrum® MyNutrients™ Omega 3 provides you with this essential fatty acid which supports heart, brain and eye health, all encapsulated in a taste-controlled MiniGel.
What is Omega 3?
Omega 3 fatty acids (polyunsaturated fats) in the form of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are important for a nutritionally balanced diet. Rich dietary sources of DHA and EPA are mainly found in fish such as herring, mackerel, tuna, salmon and trout.2
Daily supplementation with Centrum® MyNutrients™ Omega 3 can support the following health benefits:
How will Centrum® MyNutrients™ Omega 3 benefit me?
About two portions of fatty fish a week are recommended for a healthy adult, but as our western diet generally does not meet this need, it is suggested that your Omega 3 intake is supplemented to obtain the health benefits.
Centrum® MyNutrients™ Omega 3 contains two of the most scientifically-studied Omega 3’s, EPA and DHA, found in fish oil. It is taste controlled, and is designed to reduce the ‘fishy’ after-taste so often associated with Omega 3 supplements.
Centrum® MyNutrients™ Omega 3 is ultra-concentrated, and subjected to stringent deodorizing, purification and quality control processes. The purified oil is encapsulated in a gelatin shell called a MiniGel because it is smaller and easier to swallow than some other fish oil capsules.
Glycerine, gelatin (bovine), purified water, tocopherols, sunflower oil, citric acid, canola oil & natural flavour
